Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CNDV32.
All outstanding violation in report#JCHY-CNDV32 have been corrected.
-Underneath fryer/cookline area in the main kitchen and dim sum area observed to be in satisfactory condition. Grease build-up underneath the cook lines have been removed.
-Operator informed that weekly pressure wash behind the cook lines is contracted out. In addition, operator infomred that daily cleaning under hard to reach areas including heavy equipment is swept and mopped. Operator informed that monthly deep cleaning/pressure washed is contracted out to do the surrounding areas in the kitchen to prevent build-up of food and grease.

-Exhaust hood vents observed to be in satisfactory condition. Exhaust hood vent over the fryers are cleaned every 3 days. Stir fry area exhaust hood vents are cleaned on a weekly basis.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Correction Order Issued from report#JCHY-CN6TWS have been rescinded.
