Observation: 1) Walk-in cooler (Reach in side) door was not closing fully. Repair the door to be closed completely. Temperature of the walk-in cooler was @ 4 deg. C. Call the technician today.
Correction date: 1 day.
2) Cabinet door hinges were loose. Doors were not fully closed. Repair the cabinet door hinges (Bar).
