Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple sanitizing spray bottles measured with 0 ppm quat.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the solution in the spray bottles and refill them at the sanitizer dispenser and ensure 200 ppm quats is available for use at all times. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces immediately.

Observation: Two hand washing stations at the front serving area were missing single use paper towles at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Provide single use paper towels at the aforementioned hand washing stations. Each hand washing station must be stocked at all time.

Observation: Debris build-up observed at the following locations:
1. Around and under the freezer near the 2 compartment sink.
2. Underneath the main preparation table in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the aforementioned areas. Follow your sanitation plan for regular cleaning schedule. Correct by: today.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: The tube connected to the sanitizer dispenser were unable to hold the stock sanitizer. The stock sanitizer solution drains back into the stock bottle when dispenser is not in use. This caused the first few batches of quat solution from the dispenser having less than 200 ppm in concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the dispenser to ensure the stock sanitizer tube is able to hold the stock sanitizer inside without draining out. Correct by: Jun 24, 2019.

- Kitchen and washroom hand washing stations provided with hot / cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
- Glass washer dispensed 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition.
- Food products stored off the ground.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- No pest activities observed at the time of the inspection.
