Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Staff seen making food, putting away groceries, going back to making food, emptying the garbage can and then going back to making food. Staff worn the same disposable gloves and failed to use new gloves when changing tasks and/or washed gloved hands w/ soap and water. This is unsafe as the gloves will transfer germs and are NOT made of high plastic to withstand washing with soap.
Corrective Action(s):
Immediately throw away the gloves, wash hands and get new gloves. Discussed this matter with the owner as it continually keeps happening. During the inspection, staff discarded gloves and washed their hands prior to putting on new gloves.
