Routine inspection conducted on site with owners of facility. At time of inspection Covid Prevention conducted at the same time. Dishwasher final rinse ok, sanitizer on site for surfaces, all fridges below 4 degrees, freezer below -18 degrees, facility clean and well maintained, soap and paper towel at hand wash sinks, currently facility only operating at take out only capacity has been limited and outdoor patio can be used.
