Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloth water that was just changed measured less than 100 PPM Quat residual.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that staff monitor the concentration with their test papers every time they dispense product to ensure that the required residual of 200 PPM Quats is being dispensed.
