Ice machine and walk in freezer cleaned. Ensure that ice machine is cleaned regularly. Our records show that permit fee is still not paid. Staff informed they had paid on Oct 14th however realized that it was for the City of Surrey permit. You must call and make a payment today and call your area inspector to confirm. If not paid, a CLOSURE ORDER will be issued tomorrow.
