Observation: Grease and debris buildup noted in the cabinets of both deep fryers and on the underside of the fries holding unit.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean and sanitize to remove buildup. Ensure staff do not forget these areas when cleaning these units. If not missed during routine cleaning, may consider increasing cleaning frequency to maintain these equipment in a sanitary condition.

Routine inspection conducted today:
All handwash stations, including the staff's restroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units, including soft serve hoppers, were measured at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were at ≤ 4C.
All hot hold units were at > 60C.
All cold potentially hazardous food along the sandwich preparation line that were not under temperature control had a discard time stamp. All items were within the time on the time stamps.
QUAT sanitizer spray bottles were available in the kitchen prep area. 2 bottles were detected with 200 ppm QUAT.
50 ppm chlorine residual detected on the plate of the low level dish machine after washing.
General sanitation and organization of the facility noted satisfactory.
No signs of pest activities at the time of the inspection.
Manager's (on-site at the time of inspection) FOODSAFE level 1 verified - expires April 17, 2024.
