Facility is very well maintained - Hand wash station are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - All coolers are at 4C - food items are covered - 3 compartment sink used appropriately - dishwasher not in use due to no dine in at the moment. Contact EHO if dine in is to open. - Bleach sanitizer solution in buckets with cloth achieve 100ppm Chlorine - Dry storage is good - No signs of pest activity
