Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sauteed vegetables and bacon measured at 44 and 50C respectively.

Observation: Tremendous mice droppings noted in the back area, all along floor and shelving units of heater, mop sink, cardboard boxes and washroom. Fruit flies noted around dishpit again.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings and monitor activity closely. Increase cleaning in dishpit and remove compost more frequently. Cleaning needs to be done more regularly.

Observation: Holes found in the wall and door frame area encouraging pest entry.
Corrective Action(s): Seal all four holes noted on pest control report by next week to prevent pest entry.

Observation: Food debris noted being pushed to the wall on the floor under sandwich area; some food spills noted in the back storage room. Ice machine door has some coffee splashes.
Corrective Action(s): Have all food debris and splashes properly cleaned especially when there is pest issue.

Observation: Walk-in freezer door by dishpit cannot close properly due to loose part noted.
