Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Standing glass door cooler measured 10.9 deg C ambient temperature with a probe thermometer at time of inspection. Food items varied from 8-12 deg C when measured. Operator informed that the items have been in the cooler for over 3 hours. Potentially hazardous foods were discarded at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods discarded (pail of cut chicken, liquid eggs, cut vegetables). Cooler must be able to maintain food at 4 deg C or lower. Do not use this cooler until it is repaired and able to hold food at 4 deg C or lower.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution in the front counter measured under 100 ppm QUATS.
