Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # JAHN-B8HQLT of Jan-17-2019 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: Hot water is not readily available at the handsink. Racks, shelves and door handles of refrigeration units are dirty. Sauce containers are caked with old spills. Correction: 1. Repair/adjust the handsink so that hot water is provided readily. 2. Clean all noted itmes.

- General sanitation has improved a lot. As per the operator, deep cleaning will be carried out every on a monthly basis. - The handsink is equipped with adequate supply of hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in a mounted dispenser. - The sanitizer in the dishwashing sink pumps out adequately. 200ppm QUAT detected. - Racks, shelves, prep tables, coolers, walls and floors have been cleaned.
