Well maintained and operated. Sanitation is very good. Product labelled as "keep refrigerated" and "refrigerate after opening" is stored in the walk-in cooler. All bottled manufactured product on the dry storage shelves is shelf stable without requirements for refrigeration. Hot-holding measures > 60 C. The ice-machine has received a thorough CIP procedure. Wiping cloth sanitizer and spray sanitizers measure 300 ppm Q. All items from the report of May 18th have been corrected. No recommendations.
