* Under counter freezer : -2.4 degrees C.
(Requires defrosting and/or servicing to ensure it maintains food items at -18 C or below.)
* Dishwasher was in the process of being repaired. Ensure that it reaches at least 71 C at the plate surface (180 F at the gauge) for proper sanitizing function.
Upright cooler: 4.5 C
Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Temperature logs are up to date.

Green Pod Kitchen:

Following items must be addressed ASAP.
-Quats sanitizer in spray bottles ( Oasis 146) tested 400-500 ppm ( Too High!). You must reduce the amount of
concentrate for making the sanitizer solution so that sanitizer strength is at 200 ppm. At this time ensure to add more water to
all sanitizer bottles.
-All under counter freezers require servicing to ensure that these are maintaining the optimal temperature or -18 C or below.

General sanitation is satisfactory.
