Follow-up to inspection conducted on January 22, 2020 (MLOO-BL3QNR) - Dishwasher has been repaired. 50 ppm chlorine residual detected. - Quat sanitizer for the dispenser to be ordered - 100 ppm bleach sanitizer prepared for sanitizing food prep surfaces. Ensure sanitizer is available before starting food prep. - Ensure dishwasher logs are maintained daily (50-100 ppm chlorine required). Obtain chlorine test strips for this purpose.
