-3 comp sink available for manual dishwashing - no dishwashing in progress during inspection
-Sanitizer dispenser and buckets (labelled) available thorough out premises at 200 ppm QUATS
-Food protected from contamination - covered, labelled and stored off the ground
-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - pest control service provided by Orkin PC. Back external door secure and closed during inspection.
