Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No Quats sanitizer was available in the front prep area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure each food prep area has a sanitizer to sanitize food contact surfaces. Spray bottle of sanitizer at 200ppm was placed at the front area at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -20C.
-Front sandwich prep coolers were at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Soup and meatballs were cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Slicer and shredder were found to be clean and sanitary.
-Facility received a new meat slicer today. Ensure staff are properly trained on the use and cleaning and sanitizing of equipment prior to using.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly covered and stored off the ground.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until August 24, 2027.
