Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): .
1) Mould/slime/dirt on and around hinges of display freezers for ice cream as well as in the back left hand corner of the unit closest to the slurpee machine.
2) Jar of dog biscuits on counter with note stating "free dog treats"
3) Uncovered container of chocolate covered marshmallows on top of cake display freezer.
Corrective Action(s): .
1) Ice cream display coolers need cleaning and sanitizing to remove mould/slime/dirt accumulations
2) Dog biscuits to be removed from food premises to prevent potential contamination of food.
3) Marshmallow treats to be placed in a container that can be covered to prevent either physical or microbial contamination of the food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Syrup drain plate has dried on syrup/mould/hair etc; front door of under counter refrigerator bottom track needs cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Drain plate needs cleaning and sanitizing and front door of cooler cleaned.
