Follow up inspection: -Upright cooler was at 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) and it was equipped with a thermometer. This cooler had just started the defrost cycle at the time of inspection. -Manager informed that the upright cooler was below 40 degrees F earlier this morning. -Manager had informed that a technician had repaired the leak. Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Environmental Health Officer.
