All hand washing sinks supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water.
Walk in cooler: 2.8 C.
Walk in and front freezers: -18 C.
Cooler drawers underneath cooking line with raw burger patties inside: 3.4 C.
Front beverage and beer coolers at 4.0 C.
Foods stored safely at the time of inspection (off the floor, organized, and covered).
Two-compartment sink - satisfactory.
High temperature dishwasher - satisfactory.
Quat sanitizer in spray bottle at 200 ppm.
Insert thermometers are available on site to probe burger patties.
No pests activity at the time of inspection
