Raise the bottom self of the wire shelving so that staff cleaning the floor can clean underneath (6" min). Temperature of the refrigeration units and dishwasher is satisfactory. Sanitizer in buckets are available. Handwashing station is satisfactory. Outside garbage enclosure area is well maintained. Ensure staff wash hands after handling cell phones and electronics.
