Routine inspection conducted:

Kitchen:
- Glass cooler at 4 degrees C
- Left line cooler at 3 degrees C (above) and 2 degrees C (below)
- Right line cooler at 4 degrees C (above) and 2 degrees C (below)
- 3 door reach in cooler at 3 degrees C
- White domestic cooler at 3 degrees C. Freezer at -20 degrees C.
- 1 door reach in freezer at -15 degrees C
- High temperature dishwasher measured 76 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C).
- Discussed cleaning and sanitizing of deli slicer

Front:
- Left under counter cooler at 2 degrees C
- Right under counter cooler at 3 degrees C
- Glass display cooler at 4 degrees C
- Reach in glass freezer at -8 degrees C. *Note: Door was kept open for a period of time by service technician, on site during inspection. Please monitor and ensure freezer is able to maintain foods at -18 degrees C or less.
- Ice machine in clean condition. Ice scoop is stored safely.

General
- Hand washing stations (front, back) are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer.
- No hot holding at time of inspection.
- Food is covered and well organized.
- General sanitation excellent.
- Pest control measures are in place for flies--UV light box, screen door.
- Thermometers available for cold holding units. Temperature records are well maintained.
