Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee cups and containers stored behind hand washing station in the front service area. The bags of coffee cups were wet with soap and water from staff washing their hands.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store products or food containers near hand washing stations. Containers contaminated by hand soap or water were discarded by operator. Correction required immediately.

Observation: Walk in freezer had bags of donuts slipping off the shelf and stored on the floor. The freezer was full at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all foods are stored at least 15 cm off the ground on shelving. Correction required today.
