Follow-Up: -Both handsinks are free of obstructions and supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel -Sanitizer bucket available with 200 ppm QUATS and wiping cloths *Ensure wiping cloths are laundered weekly. Operator soaks cloths overnight in sanitizer solution and rinse in the morning with hot water. -All soap and paper towel dispensers are restocked and functioning properly -Broken containers have been discarded ***Left prep cooler lid requires welding repair or replacement. Work to take place before next inspection.
