General sanitation - good. Handwashing sinks supplied with hot and cold running water; liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers. Coolers (the walk-in cooler, under counter, beverage) < 4 C. Freezers - satisfactory. Thermometers are available in all cold units. Three compartment sink has sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm of Quats; Surface sanitizer solution available in buckets and all buckets are measured at 200 ppm Quats concentration. Hot holding units > 60 C; No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection; Traps are set and empty. Food storage - organized; off the floor; & covered. Storage for single use items - well organized; Fan hood - clean; Ice-maker - clean; scoops are stored safely at the time of inspection.
