-Handsinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
-Quat sanitizer spray bottles are available at 200ppm
-All freezers were measured at -18°C
-Vegetable walk-in fridge is to be only used for vegetable storage. No potentially hazardous foods.
-Hot holding units measured at 60°C or higher
-Hot water dishwasher was measured at 73.6°C at the plate level.
-No pest activity observed.

*Prep coolers by the grill must be checked twice daily to ensure that it is measured at 4°C or below.

Discussed:
-Maintaining the temperature logs for all the coolers.
-Checking the equipment for repairs prior to heat wave.

Iodine glasswasher was measured at 12.5ppm. (Bar).
