Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Knives stored in bleach buckets at front of house. This is not acceptable as the knives need to be air dried before using for food as there will be chemical contamination due to inadequate air drying.
Corrective Action(s): Store knives in dry containers or on knife magnets and clean and sanitize every 4 hours. Date to be corrected: immediately
