1. Dough mixer has heavy accumulation of debris, grease and flour stuck on.
2. Slicer has dried on veggies on the blades.
3. Dirty pizza trays stored underneath prep table.
4. Inside of microwave is filthy as there is heavy splatter on top and sides inside.
5. Crumbs have fallen in pizza warmer.)

Follow-up Inspection:
- Cleaning and sanitizing of the following equipment has been done:
Dough mixer
Veggie slicer
Pizza trays
Inside microwave
Pizza warmer
- Sanitizer spray bottle has been labeled clearly.
- No dishes present in mop sink. Reminder, mop sink is used for janitorial purposes only.
- Food is now protected from contamination, especially:
Open bags of bulk items are now in pest-proof containers.
All items are stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
All food items are covered with a food-grade cover.
Any open leftover items are transferred to a food-grade container.
