1) Fumehood is dirty, debris and grease is caked onto the panels.
2) Floors in between cooking equipment filled with blackened grease/debris/old food/sludge
3) Buckets under table by the 3 compartment sink are very dirty, containers and lids are covered with debris
4) Food/debris observed in the undercounter area by the 3 comp sink
5) Pizza oven racks are dirty, buildup of burnt food debris has not been removed
6) Empty containers stored inside the mop sink
Corrective Action(s): Clean all the above areas. Wash/rinse/sanitize all containers in the 3 compartment sink.
