No Critical Violations observed No non critical violations observed General Comments: -handwashing stations provide hot/cold running water with soap and paper towels -Ice machines clean with scoops stored in containers separately -Hot holding unit at 60 deg C or greater -All under counter coolers at 4 deg C or less -All chest freezers at -18 deg C or less -Walk in cooler at 3.8 deg C -Walk in freezer at -19 deg C -Eggs and burger condiments are hot held for 20 min then discarded afterwards if not used, time tracked with a timer -Dishwasher measured 100 ppm chlorine after rinse cycle -exhaust canopy recently serviced, next service July 2024 -Peroxide multi surface cleaner and disinfectant measured around 3500 ppm with manufacturer test strips -No signs of pest activity observed during inspection -overall sanitation is good
