Corrective Action(s): In the operator's absence, at least one staff on duty must have FS level 1 certification. Staff need to take the course and get their certification. Get this done before July 31, 2018.

-Front prep cooler was replaced last year. Operator had emailed me an update last year after my last follow-up inspection in October.
