Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Discussed cleanup procedures for the meat cutting boards in the front and staff indicated that they only use soap and water for cleaning.

2) Wiping rags were stored in water and soap.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Cutting boards must be sanitized after use as well and not just cleaned with soap and water.
2) Wiping rags must be stored in a sanitizing solution.
