Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units less than or equal to 4C.
All freezer units at -18C.
Internal temperature of foods stored in the hot holding units were at least 60C or higher.
Time stamped system in place for burger toppings.
Vegetable slicers were visibly clean
Hand washing stations satsfactory.
3-compartment sink system setup for manual ware washing. Sanitizing compartment was filled with a 200ppm Quats solution.
200ppm quat solution placed in food preparation area.,
General sanitation satisfactory
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
No pest activity noted.
Facility has an on-going contract with a pest control company. Pest reports available.
