Small cooler in the front has been repaired and is adjusted to read at 3C at time of inspection. Cleaning of the juice machine, floor under frying station and exhaust filters have been completed. Please pay more attention to noted areas as discussed. Mop water emptied and back door remain to be closed. Quats sanitizer in spray bottle and bucket at 200ppm.
