Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High temperature dishwasher was not functioning at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): While dishwasher is being serviced, use the 3-compartment sink manual warewashing method Operator was able to prepared 100ppm bleach sanitizer at the time of inspection.

Observation: Rodent droppings were observed throughout the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas affected with rodent droppings. Monitor for pest activity. Continued or worsening pest activity may result in closure of the facility.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door was left open at the time of inspection. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Back door must be kept closed or a screen door installed to prevent potential pest entry. Back door was closed at the time of inspection. Repeated non compliance will result in the issuance of a violation ticket.

Observation: High temperature dishwasher was not functioning at the time of inspection. Operator stated a technician would be on-site today to repair the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Service dishwasher and ensure it can provide a final rinse temperature of at least 71C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles.

Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Kitchen upright cooler was at 4C.
-Bakery area cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under counter cooler (recently repaired) was at 4C.
-Display coolers were at 4C and 1C.
-Customer area coolers were both at 4C.
-Customer area freezer was at -15C.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle and pail were both at 200ppm.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 03, 2023.
