Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Foods in the display cooler measured at 4C internally. Only small amount of foods displayed and it is placed on ice blocks.
Walk in cooler measured at 4C.
Walk in freezer measured at -18C.
Hot holding soup and cooked brown rice measured at 60C or higher.
Operator with valid FOODSAFE level 1 is on site.
QUAT sanitizer measured at 200 ppm.
General sanitation is adequate.
