Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer was at 0ppm concentration during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator prepared new bleach solution for sanitizing. Sanitizer was at 100ppm concentration.
NOTE: Ensure bleach water sanitizer is available at all times. Set up a bleach water bucket at each work station/area.

Routine Inspection
No menu changes noted.
Handwashing stations equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and paper towels.
Note: Ensure to refill all paper towel dispensers when empty. Paper towel and liquid soap is supposed to be in dispensers. If dispensers are not working, then replace or repair immediately.
Note: Ensure all staff handwashing between all tasks and glove use.
All coolers at 4c or below.
All freezers at -18c.
Hot holding at >60c. .
Dishwasher found at 50ppm concentration for sanitizing cycle.
Operator and employees onsite have food safe certification.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection.

3. Ensure to pay permit fee for next fiscal as soon as possible when invoice is mailed by Fraser Health.
