Comments

Temperature records reviewed and discussed with the supervisor on site.
All coolers, except for the above mentioned cooler, were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
Quats solution was at 200 ppm.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
