Follow up inspection the result of ongoing rodent infestation. - Facility has been inspected for holes and has been fully sealed by construction team. All walls have been sealed surrounding plumbing - All items have been removed from lower shelves including under dishwashing area, prep area, grill line and wait station and areas continue to be unused until rodent infestation is eliminated - Pest Technician report reviewed with General Manager - Cleaning and sanitizing occurring - Bar area in good sanitary condition - Offices inspected for entry points and serviced accordingly ITEMS TO COMPLETE: - A few rodent droppings observed in lower shelves in dishwashing area, coffee area, prep area and floor in alcohol area. Clean and sanitize all areas affected by rodent droppings. Use chemical sanitizer for all affected areas. - Back fire door has been replaced and now requires extension of door sweeps to ensure tight fit to prevent against the entry of pests - Continue to sanitize bottom shelves each morning prior to start of food preparation - Pest Technician has indicated front door as not tight fitting and a potential source of entry for rodents. Have area sealed. - Continue to store food and food equipment items away from lower shelves until such time as rodent infestation has been eliminated - Continue to employ services of Pest Control company and ensure recommendations are followed. At each service ensure a member of the Management team discusses results of inspection with Pest Technician. FHA TO RETURN OCTOBER 7 TO DETERMINE EXTENT OF RODENT INFESTATION. Ensure cleaning and sanitizing of all lower shelves continues. Follow recommendations of Pest Technician reports
