- Repackaging room handsink supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
***Room currently not in use. Will be doing renovation of floor and surfaces, sinks will remain in place.

- Chlorine bleach available to make sanitizing solution for sanitizing scoops and food contact surfaces used for repackaging purposes.
* 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach solution = 1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water
- Sanitation of retail area and warehouse appears satisfactory.
- No pest activity noted.

- Warehouse Walk-In Cooler turned off at time of inspection, unit used for food storage. No potentially hazardous foods stored inside unit.

- Chest Freezer: -22 deg C.
- Unit is used for storing koji (steamed rice with culture added).
- Koji is produced at Amano Foods located in Richmond, BC.

Note: Warehouse also stores prepackaged non-potentially hazardous products for Al Salam Halal Meat (6953 Kingsway, Burnaby).
