Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chicken was observed to be defrosted at room temperature.

Observation: Droppings found behind the mixing bowl and on the bottom shelf next to it. Pest control is coming on site twice monthly, reports reviewed during the inspection.

Observation: Some cleaning required underneath the dish pit and the cook line.

Comments

-Soap dispenser at the bar must be better secured, as discussed with the Assistant Manager during the inspection.
-Discussed the potential of adding a walk-in freezer in the back storage area. Ensure that floor plans are submitted to Fraser Health prior to making these changes.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine.
The glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
