Health permit posted. Hand sink equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) available at 200 ppm. High temp. dishwasher reached 74 deg C at plate surface. Upright freezer was at -18 deg C. Upright fridge was at 3-4 deg C. All food and food-related items stored off the floor in the back storage. No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring in place. Front service area: Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizing solution.sa Prep line coolers were at 3-4 deg C. Display cooler was at 4 deg C. Temperature log was well maintained. Counter tops and floor cleaned in between when it is slow. Washrooms were in sanitary condition. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
