Observation: Two upright coolers are not in use. No potentially hazardous food storage. It was stated that these coolers are not functioning properly. Cold food stock on site has been reduced in order to provide adequate storage.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure coolers are repaired or replaced. Coolers must be capable of maintaining potentially hazardous foods at temperatures of 4 degrees C or less and must be equipped with thermometers accurate to 1 degree C. Date to be corrected by: May 22, 2019.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Two-door under counter cooler at 2 degrees C
- One-door under counter cooler at 3 degrees C
- Upright cooler (back area) at 3 degrees C
- Left upright freezer at -16 degrees C
- Right upright freezer at -15 degrees C
- Food is protected from contamination
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Bleach water sanitizer available in a spray bottle. Note: Bleach water sanitizer was measured at slightly above 200 ppm chlorine--diluted at time of inspection to 200 ppm chlorine. Reminder:
- High temperature dishwasher measured 78 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at utensil surface)
- Ice scoops stored safely at time of inspection
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- Washrooms in clean condition
