Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATs sanitizer bucket at front service area measured at 100 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip. Staff replaced QUATs sanitizer during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Replace QUATs sanitizer as per approved sanitation plan (at least every 2 hours) to ensure sanitizer is at adequate concentration to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces. Ensure sanitizer is measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with available test strips on site.

Observation: Few house flies observed on site during time of inspection. Pest control company is contracted. Most recent report has no noted issues.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor fly population and install sticky fly traps in non-food preparation areas as needed. Contact pest control company if the house fly population increases. Ensure all food is protected from contamination by keeping food covered and 6 inches off the floor at all times.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- 2-door stainless steel cooler at back at 3'C
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- All under-counter bar coolers measured at or below 4'C
- Thermometers available in all cold-holding units
- Temperature log is maintained - good!
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 76.2'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms and aprons
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site (staff to submit proof of training via email to the health inspector)
