NCR report 00241737 General sanitation is satisfactory. Temperature of the dishwasher and the hot holding units are satisfactory. Temperature of one of the dairy dispenser was too warm at 56F/13C. Management had taken action and temperature had dropped to 40F/4C by the end of the inspection.
