*Confirm temperature inside the Efi display cooler after completion of the defrost cycle
- Chlorine food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at ≥100ppm concentration in spray bottle
*Chlorine bleach also available at the 3-compartment sink, available for usage in sanitizing processing equipment, utensils, etc.
