Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a coke bottle (2L) in the ice machine. Coke bottle removed. Ice that had direct contact with the bottle was discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small amount of cooked tofu (side dish) was measured at 45C internally. Cooked less than an hour ago. Reheated to 74C for 15 seconds at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is good.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers at adequate temperature.
Hot holding items measured at 60C or higher (e.g., rice). See the violation section for an exception.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 75.1C at the plate level.
Glass washer's sanitizing cycle was measured at 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine.
Tapioca pearl held in ambient temperature for maximum of 2 hours.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Pest control service reports reviewed at this time.
