Notes
-all handsinks are equipped with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels. *Staff washroom equiped with toilet paper to wash hands, use paper towels instead.
-noted a leak on kitchen roof, repair as needed
-general sanitation is satisfactory
-no obvious signs of pests noted during inspection
-all coolers are <=4 deg. C
-all freezers are -11 deg. C to -18 deg. C (food frozen solid)
-Hi-temp dishwasher 71 deg. C. No hot holding of food noted (after lunch rush)
-bleach sanitizer bucket @ 200 ppm chlorine, wiping cloths are used once and discarded to wash
-meat grinder is satisfactory, cleaned after each use
-ice machine is satisfactory, ice scoop is clean
-pest control company comes in every month
