Fume hood cleaned professionally (next service 2020/04) Cooler drawers now kept in sanitary manner. Food in walk in cooler covered. Floor in kitchen now kept clean. Cleaning improvements noted. More detailed cleaning on these items: 1. Inside dishwashing unit (still some grime stuck) 2. Dust pan and broom - debris build up 3. Behind cooking equipment, cleaning checklist schedule must be maintained. have system in place to address cleaning to maintain premises in sanitary condition. Correction action order rescinded.
