Observation: Found sanitizer buckets and spray bottles to have 50 ppm quats or less. Dispenser shows 200 ppm but is extremely hot, when sanitizer cools less then 50 ppm quats is recorded.
Corrective Action(s): Have sanitizer dispenser adjusted so it is 200 ppm quat, temperature should not exceed room temperature to prevent a false positive concentration reading.
2. Switch to chlorine bleach for sanitizing until repaired 1 ounce (30 ml or 2 tablespoons) of chlorine bleach to 1 gallon (4 L) water
